Having worked under world renowned dermatologist Dr. Fredric Brandt, her innovative facial techniques and treatment combinations are tailored to each client in a progressive, never aggressive approach. Her knowledge of dermatology and skincare ingredients deliver optimal results, always complimented with a feeling of relaxation and zen. In addition to her private practice, Melissa has also developed and patented her own non-toxic plant based growth factor serum, MFx, universal for all skin types from acne to anti-aging and is actively growing her skincare line. One part executive, 1 part tanning guru and 1 part makeup artist equals our Beauty Director, Mel.  With over 10 years experience in the beauty business, Mel brings an attentive management style and innovative vision to our team. After completing her fashion degree in Miami, Mel immersed herself in the South Florida Beauty industry and worked as a Sales and Education Executive for top beauty brands including Bare Escentuals, Kevyn Aucoin and Becca.  A master at growing luxury brands and spas, Mel ensures consistent excellence of our flawless services and product edits. In addition to her role, Mel is also a licensed aesthetician and our in house makeup artist and tanning expert.

Joining us from Italy, Denise is a Biologique Recherche specialist with over 12 years experience in luxury spas worldwide where she developed her signature “glow“ technique. Denise refined her expertise working with all skin types at various resorts in Italy and Denmark and has been based in Miami for the past 5 years working in some of Miami’s top resorts.

Denise is dedicated to helping her clients achieve red carpet ready skin on a daily basis by implementing products that allow them to feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin.

Cristina is a licensed esthetician and the former Editor-in-Chief for LNE & Spa Magazine. After years of educating her fellow skin care professionals through articles, seminars and international conferences, Cristina has a wealth of knowledge and passion to share with her flawless clients.

Cristina believes that true change in the skin comes from a combination of targeted facial treatments and a dedicated skin care routine, with expert level understanding of how active ingredients work together to bring Flawless results!

Originally from Moscow and joining Melissa Fox from NYC, Julia came to the US 15 years ago. A seasoned makeup artist, she knows that beautiful makeup starts with beautiful skin and this is what drove her to become an esthetician.

Julia has worked in top luxury spas before relocating to Miami. Her passion is results oriented facials, gentle extractions and her signature lifting massage techniques that keeps her clients coming back for more.

Trained in Russia and joining Flawess from NYC, Irina is highly trained as a nurse and licensed esthetician. Her 15 years of experience in skincare show in every facial she performs.

Irina is passionate about listening to her clients' skincare concerns, and helping find their way to healthy skin. She specializes in results oriented facials, dermaplaning, and lifting massage techniques.

Joanna chose the beauty industry because she is passionate about skincare, loves meeting people, and helping them look and feel their best.

Joining Melissa Fox from NYC, Nineta has over 20+ years of experience working at the finest day spas. Receiving facial training at the prestigious Christine Valmy International Esthetic School, Nineta's techniques are filled with confidence and good energy.
Nineta is dedicated to customizing treatments for total rejuvenation, pigmentation and acne.

With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy at top spas and resorts, Karin is a seasoned pro with expert technique, combining multiple modalities for the ultimate customized massage experience.

With her warm energy and truly magic touch, she is the perfect addition to our team!

Dari started her Flawless journey as a client when we first opened the location. While we helped her clear her acne she fell in love with skincare and became our very first spa conceirge. She moved to Tampa for a few years then moved back to Miami and rejoined the Flawless family. She said “ When planning to move back to Miami I asked myself.. Where was I the happiest? And Melissa Fox and the Flawless team was the first thing that came to mind”.
